How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order with Canal Sound & Light, please review the following information to understand eligibility and the cancellation process.

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed, shipped, or prepared for pickup.
  • Once an order has entered fulfillment, been shipped, or marked as ready for pickup, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy instead.
  • Special-order, custom, or non-stock items may not be eligible for cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  • Contact Canal Sound & Light as soon as possible using the contact method listed on our website.
  • Provide your order number and request cancellation.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Orders are processed quickly, and fulfillment status determines eligibility.

Confirmation of Cancellation

  • If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation notice.
  • Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

If your order cannot be canceled because it has already shipped or been prepared:

  • You may still be eligible to return the item once it arrives, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
