- Do not arrive at the store until you receive a separate “Ready for Pickup” notification. Processing times may vary based on product availability and order size.
Pickup Location
- Orders are picked up at our retail/warehouse location listed on our website.
- Please check our Hours of Operation before arriving, as pickup is only available during business hours.
What to Bring
When arriving to pick up your order, please have:
- Your order number (printed or on your mobile device)
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- The payment method used for the purchase (if requested)
If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please ensure:
- The person’s name is listed in the order notes or shared with our staff in advance
- They present a valid photo ID
Pickup Process

- Our staff will retrieve your order and review the items with you.
