- Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed, shipped, or prepared for pickup.
- Once an order has entered fulfillment, been shipped, or marked as ready for pickup, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our Return and Refund Policy instead.
- Special-order, custom, or non-stock items may not be eligible for cancellation.
How to Request a Cancellation
