Store pickup

Canal Sound & Light offers convenient in-store pickup for online orders. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient pickup experience.

Order Placement and Confirmation

  • Select Store Pickup as your fulfillment method during checkout.
  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Do not arrive at the store until you receive a separate “Ready for Pickup” notification. Processing times may vary based on product availability and order size.

Pickup Location

  • Orders are picked up at our retail/warehouse location listed on our website.
  • Please check our Hours of Operation before arriving, as pickup is only available during business hours.

What to Bring

When arriving to pick up your order, please have:

  • Your order number (printed or on your mobile device)
  • A valid government-issued photo ID
  • The payment method used for the purchase (if requested)

If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please ensure:

  • The person’s name is listed in the order notes or shared with our staff in advance
  • They present a valid photo ID

Pickup Process

  • Upon arrival, check in with a Canal Sound & Light team member.
  • Our staff will retrieve your order and review the items with you.
  • Please inspect your items before leaving to confirm accuracy and condition.

Large or Special Orders

  • Oversized, bulk, or high-value orders may require additional handling time.
  • Some professional audio, lighting, or staging equipment may need advance scheduling for pickup.
  • Our team may contact you to coordinate timing or loading assistance.

Order Holding Policy

  • Orders are typically held for a limited period after the “Ready for Pickup” notification.
  • If you are unable to pick up your order within that timeframe, please contact us to make arrangements.
  • Unclaimed orders may be subject to restocking fees or cancellation.

Changes, Cancellations, or Issues

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order before pickup, contact us as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been picked up, it is subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.
